Fred Thomas Jr. is a distinguished seven-time N.A.A.C.P award nominee and winner, recognized for his exceptional talents as a director, playwright, and producer, particularly for his acclaimed play 12’ x 9’.  An alumnus of Lincoln University, PA (HBCU), and Temple University, where he earned his Masters in Film and Arts, Fred has made significant contributions to the. He founded Temple University’s Black Media Collective and is a recipient of the Film Independent Screenwriting Fellowship. Currently, Fred is making waves as Detective Grover Caine on the ALLBLK network drama series KOLDxWINDY, while also showcasing his creative prowess in various film and stage productions. such as John in the  feature film THE PROTOS EXPERIMENT, and just directed the hilarious short film HOW TO ROB presently touring the festival circuit.
